With years of personal practice and formal training in mindfulness, I guide small groups through simple, structured sessions designed to build calm, clarity, and a steady, consistent practice.

My approach is grounded in practical mindfulness. Each session combines clear guidance, short teaching points, and guided meditation to help you step out of busy thinking and develop a more stable, focused way of relating to everyday life. Whether you are new to mindfulness or returning to practice, you will leave with techniques you can apply immediately.

At Bournemindful, our philosophy is built on the power of the 'now' helping you cultivate a deep sense of presence that dissolves the noise of the past and the anxiety of the future. We provide a gentle space in Farnham to reconnect with your authentic self through guided practice and compassionate awareness. Classes are held in our purpose-built, air-conditioned studio with multiple in-person sessions each week, complemented by online sessions for those who can’t join us in person.

Go beyond the basics to develop emotional resilience, work with discomfort, and bring consistent presence into routine and relationships. Small groups up to 12. 10 weeks.

Level 3 – Awaken

Explore advanced practices that deepen self-awareness, expand perspective, and support lasting mental stability and presence. Small groups up to 12. 10 weeks.
